Electrical Service Technician

Within our technical services, the focus is on maintaining building-related systems such as HVAC, electrical and mechanical installations. 

As a Service Engineer, you are responsible for carrying out maintenance on installations and systems. You ensure that the work is carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with applicable standards. You report to the Technical Managers and work closely with your colleagues and the client.

As a Service Engineer, these are your main tasks:

• You carry out first-line and minor maintenance work, as well as preventive maintenance, on the installations and systems.
• You carry out comprehensive quality checks, general inspections and safety inspections.
• You record the work carried out in the maintenance management system.
• You will advise the client on potential improvements or replacements for the installations and systems.
• You will participate in the on-call rota and be prepared to work outside regular working hours in the event of emergencies.

You have a positive attitude and work neatly and in accordance with the established safety standards. Once everything has been installed or completed, you leave your work area clean and tidy. You are the face of our organisation and have a service-oriented approach. As a service engineer, you also have the following in your toolkit:

• You have knowledge and experience in electrical engineering.
• You hold a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one.
• You have good communication skills English. Dutch is an advantage.
